Dive into a thrilling political conflict of cooperation and competition set during World War II! In this game, you'll step into the shoes of Churchill, Roosevelt, or Stalin. Over 10 historical conferences from 1943 until the war's end, players maneuver against each other to decide who leads the Allied forces, where to deploy them, and how to defeat the Axis. The player with greater control over the surrendered Axis powers wins the peace and the game. Note that this isn't a traditional wargame. While it's based on real - life conferences, the design has a metaphorical touch. Before and after each conference, small groups of advisors make post - war deals. Each conference has nominated issues like theater leadership changes, directed offensives, production priorities, clandestine operations, political activity, and strategic warfare (A - bomb). Historical conference cards put some issues on the table, and players add 7 more. Components include a 22'x 34' mounted mapboard, a full - color die - cut countersheet, three player aid cards, a 10 - sided die, a rules of play manual, cards, blocks, tokens, a sticker sheet, and six 6 - sided dice.
To start playing, first set up the game using the 22'x 34' mounted mapboard. Place all the components like the full - color die - cut countersheet, cards, blocks, and tokens on the board as described in the rules of play manual. Each player takes on the role of Churchill, Roosevelt, or Stalin. During the 10 conferences, make your moves to influence the outcome of the game. When it's time to resolve an issue, use the 10 - sided die and six 6 - sided dice as needed. Remember, each conference has nominated issues, and you can add 7 more of your own.
