To start using this expansion, just add the new cards and components to your existing Eldritch Horror game. When setting up, include the new Ancient One Hastur and the four new investigators. Shuffle the new Encounter cards into the appropriate continent decks. As you play, use the new conditions, spells, assets, and artifacts as described on the cards. Be aware that Hastur will bring more insanity and chaos to the game, so be prepared for unexpected turns. When you're done playing, keep the cards in a card box to protect them from damage.
