In Exodus: Paris Nouveau, you join a specialist team on a rescue mission to save refugees in an urban war - torn Paris Nouveau. At the game's start, players are secretly split into two teams: hunters and rescuers. You know your own team, but not your teammates among others. It's a team - based win - lose situation. The hunters win if there are no cover tokens, or their total distance exceeds the rescuers'. The game can end if a player runs out of life tokens. If it reaches the seventh round, the team with more victory points wins. In case of a tie, keep playing until one team takes the lead. Your mission is to save innocent citizens from the corrupt government, but beware, some on your team might be bought off. Trust only yourself!

To start playing Exodus: Paris Nouveau, first secretly and randomly assign players to the hunters or rescuers team by giving them the corresponding secret ID cards. As the game progresses, use your abilities, deduction, and guesswork to figure out your teammates. Remember, you win or lose as a team. Keep an eye on life tokens, cover tokens, and the total distances of both teams. If a player runs out of life tokens, the game ends immediately. If there are no cover tokens left, the hunters win. Also, check the total distances of the hunter and rescuer lines to determine the winner. If the game goes to the seventh round, count the victory points on the face - up cards of each team. In case of a tie, just keep playing rounds until one team has a higher score. There's no special maintenance for this game, but make sure to keep all the cards and tokens organized for a smooth playing experience.
