Try your best to hit the reduction targets and provide the right amount of funding. Remember, every time you fail a round, the planet gets hurt. When negotiating, keep in mind your country's wealth and secret goals, but don't be overly greedy. If the damage to the Earth becomes too severe, the game ends and the overly - greedy player can't win.
