Description
In the exciting LLAMA card game, your goal is to get rid of the cards in your hand as fast as possible. But beware, you may not always be able to play the cards you want. So, will you quit and freeze your hand or draw a new card and keep the game going? Each round starts with players holding six cards. The deck includes llama cards and numbered cards from 1 - 6, with eight copies of each number. During your turn, you can play a card, draw a new one, or quit. To play a card, match the number of the top card on the discard pile or play a number one higher. If there's a 6 on the pile, you can play a 6 or a llama; if a llama is on top, play another llama or a 1. Quitting means placing your remaining cards face - down and sitting out for the rest of the round. The round ends when a player empties their hand or everyone quits. After that, players collect tokens based on their cards. Each different numbered card in hand earns you white tokens (worth 1 point each) equal to the card's value, and one or more llamas get you a black token (worth 10 points). If you play all your cards, you can return one previously collected token to the supply. Then, shuffle the cards and start a new round. The game wraps up when at least one player hits forty or more total points, and the player with the fewest points wins!
How to play: Start each round by getting six cards. During your turn, you have three choices - play a card, draw a card, or quit. To play a card, make sure it follows the rules related to the top card on the discard pile. If you can't play a card, you can draw one and try again or quit the round. When the round ends, collect tokens according to the cards you have. Remember, different numbered cards give white tokens and llamas give black tokens. If you manage to play all your cards, you can return one token. Once a player reaches forty or more points, the game ends, and the one with the fewest points is the winner. Things to note: Always keep an eye on the top card of the discard pile when deciding which card to play. Also, think carefully before quitting a round as it might affect your token - collecting chances. Maintenance: Keep the cards in a dry and clean place to prevent them from getting damaged. You can use a card sleeve to protect them if you want. Shuffle the cards well between rounds to ensure a fair game.
