Mysterium Kids - Captain Echo's Treasure

Help the ghost discover his hidden treasure by communicating through sound. Legend says a fabulous treasure lies in the old mansion on the city outskirts. You decide to spend the night there in search of it. Just when you're about to give up, the ghost of Captain Echo appears to guide you. He's not much of a talker but plays a great tambourine and will use it to tell you which rooms to search. Players work together to find the captain's treasure before the moon crosses the sky and the night ends. Each round, one player becomes Captain Echo's ghost. The ghost uses a tambourine to give clues for the other players to guess the correct Noise card. If they succeed, they reveal a piece of the captain's treasure. This game is for 2 - 6 players, takes about 20 minutes, and is suitable for ages 6 and up. It features communication limits and is a cooperative game. It has won many awards, including being the 2023 Kinderspiel des Jahres Winner and having multiple nominations in 2022 and 2023.

How to play: First, gather 2 - 6 players aged 6 and up. Decide to spend the night in the old mansion (in the game). Each round, pick one player to be Captain Echo's ghost. The ghost uses the tambourine to give clues for others to guess the Noise card. If the guess is correct, you get to reveal a piece of the treasure. Try to find all the treasure before the moon moves across the sky (end of the game time). Attention: Make sure everyone understands the rules before starting. Listen carefully to the tambourine clues. Keep the game area tidy. Maintenance: Store the game components in a dry place. Avoid bending the cards. If the tambourine gets dirty, clean it gently with a dry cloth.
