Marvel Legendary: Dark City is an exciting expansion that requires the base game, Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game, to play. It features seventeen brand - new heroes, including characters from X - Force and Marvel Knights. There are six fresh villain groups, five new Masterminds such as Apocalypse and Kingpin, two novel Henchmen groups, and new Schemes. Unlike the base game, each hero here comes with four pieces of artwork. This makes it super easy for players to quickly tell which hero card has what power. Additionally, this expansion introduces a new game mechanism for Bystanders, who in the base game just idly waited to be kidnapped or rescued without any say of their own.
To use this Marvel Legendary: Dark City expansion, first, make sure you have the base Legendary: A Marvel Deck Building Game. Once you've got that, simply integrate the new heroes, villain groups, Masterminds, Henchmen groups, and Schemes into the base game.
