Legendary: Secret Wars - Volume 1 is the second major expansion 'big box' for Marvel Legendary after the Dark City release in 2013. In this exciting game, players can cooperate or compete with others to defeat various Battleworlds and cause chaos on planet Earth! It features playable characters from the Illuminati, Cabal, and popular alternate - universe heroes like Black Panther, Dr Strange, Namor, Miles Morales, Captain Marvel, and Old Man Logan. You'll find 14 new heroes, 6 new villain groups, 5 new masterminds, and 8 new schemes. Build your team to fight against different universes in Battleworld, such as the Domain of Apocalypse, Monster Metropolis, The Deadlands, Limbo, and The Wastelands. For the first time, players can play as the mastermind against other players! The 2015 Marvel storyline Secret Wars starts with a terrifying discovery: all parallel dimensions in the Marvel Universe are colliding. The smartest heroes form the Illuminati to stop it, while a group of evil geniuses in the Cabal plan to use antimatter bombs to destroy other dimensions.
How to use: First, gather all the cards in the expansion, including new heroes, villains, masterminds, and schemes. Decide if you'll play cooperatively or competitively. You can choose to play as a hero or, for the first time, as the mastermind. Shuffle the appropriate decks and deal the cards as per the game rules. Then, start the battle against different universes in Battleworld. Try to defeat villains and complete schemes. Note: Keep the cards away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent damage. When not in use, store the cards in a card box or a protective case. Make sure all players understand the new rules introduced in this expansion before starting the game.
