Old London Bridge

In 1136 London, the wooden bridge over the Thames burned down. Now, the churchman Peter de Colechurch plans to build a new fortified stone bridge. You're an architect in charge of a section of the 'Old London Bridge'. Play character cards to build a 3D bridge. Each building has a house number and a coat of arms that offers special abilities, new cards, and boosts your income. The architect with the most money at the end wins. This light-medium complexity game by Gabriele Bubola and Leo Colovini takes under an hour. It features a 3D cardboard bridge for a great atmosphere, a special bidding and building mechanism, and variable victory conditions. Suitable for 2 - 4 players, takes 45 minutes, and for ages 10 and up. It has auction (sealed bid), worker placement, and different worker types, with a territory - building theme.
