To play City of The Living, gather 2 to 4 players aged 13 or above. Each game will take about 60 minutes. As the leader of your nation, start by investing in infrastructure and industries right from the beginning. Make sure to balance your energy sources and keep an eye on pollution levels. When placing tiles, think about how it will affect your territory's growth. During the open drafting phase, choose the resources that will help you meet your long - term goals of getting prosperity points. Keep in mind that the turn order is progressive, so plan your moves accordingly. Remember, you're not only competing against other players but also against the threat of zombies. Try to hold them off while building your territory. After the game, store the tiles and cards in a dry place to keep them in good condition.
