Description

Vast obelisks, standing beyond time and space, are seen as the very embodiment of purity and chaos. Unimaginable powers constantly summon, move, and banish these obelisks, creating huge rifts between dimensions. Mensors have learned to channel their powers through these rifts to control this phenomenon, and they call this eternal cycle Obelus. Obelus is a fast - paced, lightweight strategy game for two players that takes only 10 - 15 minutes to play. As a powerful Mensor, you'll summon obelisk - shaped dice onto conflux cards, move your obelisks according to the dice number, and banish your opponent's obelisks. With smart moves, you can reform banished obelisks to create a rift that stops further summoning on that conflux. You win when your opponent can't legally summon or move an obelisk! There are two game modes. In the Chaos mode, dice are rolled into the center of the game area at the start, adding an element of strategy as players figure out how to use the rolled numbers best. The Pure mode offers full control, as dice are never rolled, allowing players to choose their numbers when summoning and moving pieces around the board.

How to play: First, choose a game mode - Chaos or Pure. If you pick Chaos, roll the dice into the center of the game area at the start. In Pure mode, you don't roll the dice. As a Mensor, start by summoning obelisk - shaped dice onto conflux cards. Move your obelisks according to the number shown on the dice. Try to banish your opponent's obelisks. If you manage to reform a banished obelisk, it creates a rift that stops further summoning on that conflux. The game ends when your opponent can't legally summon or move an obelisk. Notice: Make sure to roll the dice fairly in the Chaos mode. Don't try to cheat when choosing numbers in the Pure mode. Keep the game area clean and organized so you can easily see your moves. Maintenance: After each game, put the dice and cards back in their proper place. You can wipe the dice and cards with a dry cloth if they get dirty, but don't use any liquid cleaners as it might damage them.
