In 51st State: Scavengers, no item is truly lost. You can now rummage through the discard pile to find valuable locations and use them in your state. This is the first expansion for 51st State: Master Set, building on the previous Ruins expansion. This set of fifty cards re - introduces some fan - favorite cards from the original expansion and adds new locations and a novel mechanism to the game.

To use this expansion, simply add the fifty cards to your 51st State: Master Set. When you play, you can search the discard pile for useful locations.
