The two scenarios start the campaign with a visit to the Ward Theatre and an invitation to a formal dinner by the cast and crew. With each answer and clue, you're pulled deeper into mystery and madness. This expansion brings six new investigators and sixty - two player cards (a full set of each), offering fresh ways to explore and enjoy the game while challenging you to overcome new weaknesses.

To start playing with The Path to Carcosa expansion, first, gather all the cards from the expansion and shuffle the encounter cards according to the scenario rules. Then, select one of the six new investigators. Each investigator has unique abilities that can help you in the game. When you play, use the new player cards to gain advantages and overcome challenges. Be careful though, as each card might also introduce new weaknesses. As you progress through the two scenarios, pay close attention to the clues and try to solve the mysteries. After each game session, make sure to keep the cards in a card protector to prevent damage.
