There's a common 'market' with construction cards, and each player gets project tiles. Players take turns drawing cards and tiles and place them in their playing area. Cards should be laid out in up to three lines in ascending numerical order. Then, place tiles on the cards to efficiently group projects. The tiles represent essential city - building projects like oxygen collectors, greenhouses, residential complexes, and crucial sales offices for selling galaxy - view apartments. Players score based on tile arrangement, and the best - arranged one becomes the mayor of LUNA Capital.
