Lux Aeterna

In Lux Aeterna, you're on a perilous space mission. The Lux Aeterna spaceship has been hit by a meteor near NGC 1277 and is being pulled into a black hole! Your job is to draw and play all the cards in the main deck, turn by turn, and prevent the spaceship from collapsing or falling into the black hole. Each card has multiple functions. Every turn, you'll assign a drawn card to one of these: damage to one of the six available systems, an action to stay alive and fix the ship, or movement towards the black hole. If a ship's system collapses, the game gets tougher, but if you repair a system, you might avoid doom. This game was nominated as the Best Solo Board Game by Golden Geek. It only takes 15 minutes to play, or 10 minutes in advanced mode. It's an amazing solo game with great artwork. Game mechanics include Card Drafting, Hand Management, and Solo/Solitaire play. It's for single players aged 10 and up.

How to play: Start the game by drawing cards from the main deck one turn after another. Each turn, decide which function to assign the drawn card to - either as damage to a system, an action to help the ship, or movement towards the black hole. Try to keep all systems intact and avoid falling into the black hole. Remember, if a system collapses, the game will get harder. Tips: Focus on repairing systems when they're in trouble. Use your actions wisely to stay alive and keep the ship functioning. Keep an eye on your movement towards the black hole. Maintenance: Keep the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent damage.
