As the Kim Regime (DPRK), a player aims to get a nuclear deterrent against invasion, stop uprisings, enhance infrastructure, and purge elites to avoid a coup. As the West, players can put pressure on the regime.

To play this game, you first choose to be either the Kim Regime (DPRK) or the West. As the DPRK, use your cards to work towards getting a nuclear deterrent, stopping uprisings, improving infrastructure and purging elites. As the West, use your cards to exert pressure on the regime. When handling the cards, be careful not to bend or damage them. Keep the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent them from getting wet or warped.
