Not So Neighborly is an exciting strategic card game perfect for 2 to 4 players. It only takes 5 minutes to learn and 15 - 30 minutes to play. Your goal is to be the first to build a neighborhood by collecting 10 build points. But watch out! Other players can steal or destroy your buildings. Be a bit un - neighborly to win! The game comes with 60 cards (56 playable and 4 reference cards) and 1 rulebook.

To play Not So Neighborly, first, read the rulebook that comes with the game. It will take you about 5 minutes to understand the rules. Then, shuffle the 56 playable cards and deal them to the 2 - 4 players. The 4 reference cards can be placed in a visible spot for easy reference. Your main goal is to collect 10 build points to build your neighborhood before the other players. Other players can use cards to steal or destroy your buildings, so always be on guard. When the game is over, make sure to shuffle the cards well and store them in a dry place along with the rulebook to keep them in good condition.
