To use this Munchkin Cthulhu 2 - Call of Cowthulhu card game supplement, just shuffle the 56 cards into your existing Munchkin Cthulhu deck. When you draw a card, follow the instructions on it. For example, if you get a monster card, you'll have to fight it using the weapons you have. When you play a Madness card, remember it has both a negative and a positive aspect. Keep an eye out for special cards like the ones related to Old Man Nodens and the Arkhamster. As for maintenance, keep the cards in a dry and cool place to prevent them from getting damaged.
